We have 2 separate Loyalty Reward systems at present, in-store and online.
Online customers are automatically signed up for Loyalty rewards when they register for an account.
For in-store customers, it is optional with a loyalty card. Simply request one from our friendly staff.
Please note, you do not earn loyalty points on delivery charges, handling charges and any other costs associated with the delivery of the order. Points are only earned on items purchased.

How does it work?
You will collect 1 loyalty point for every £1 you spend in store or online.
Simply log in before you make your purchase and they will automatically be added to your account once your order has been completed.
Either Simply hand your card with the products you are purchasing to the cashier and your point will be instantly added to you card.
How much is my loyalty point worth?
1 loyalty point is worth 1p
How do I check my points balance?
Simply log into your account and click on “Loyalty Rewards” in the menu.
On all purchase receipts that you use your loyalty card with, you will find a loyalty balance at the bottom of the receipt. You will see how much loyalty you have collected on this purchase and your overall balance earned to date.
Do the loyalty points expire?
You loyalty points will never expire.
Your loyalty points will never expire, but maybe lost if the relevant loyalty account is closed or the loyalty program ends.
What if my physical loyalty card is lost, stolen or damage?
Simply tell the cashier and they will find your account details and confirm a few security details with you. Once they are happy verifying your identification, they will open a new card and link it with your existing account.
How to spend my loyalty balance?
You can spend your loyalty balance at any time and on anything in store or online, once you reach the minimum point balance of 250 points.
In the basket page, enter the amount of points you wish to redeem once you have over 250 points.
Simply hand your card to the cashier with the products you are purchasing and ask them to use your loyalty balance to pay / part-pay for items or redeem at checkout at your online shopping cart.
Can I redeem my loyalty balance into real currency?
Online & In-store
No. You cannot redeem the loyalty balance into any form of real currency. You can only exchange the balance on a purchase.
Do I get my loyalty balance back when I exchange/refund an item?
Yes, if a item is refunded or exchanged, the relevant points will be deducted or added to your loyalty account balance.
Yes, if you are taking a product back, make sure you have your receipt with you and the cashier will find your old transaction and send the balance back to your account. If you do not have a receipt, then unfortunately the loyalty balance will be lost.
How do I amend my personal details?
Log into your account and go to “Account Details” to update your details.
You can simply talk to the cashier while in store and hand your loyalty card over and they can update your details immediately.
How do you use my data?
