Ready to use dashi soup stock. Featuring a hint of sweetness, dashi soup stock can be used in various Japanese dishes such as, udon noodle soup, miso soup, tamagoyaki and many more.

Ingredients:

Water, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Fermented Rice Seasoning, Soy Sauce (Water, Deffated Soy Bean, Wheat, Salt), Salt, Sugar, Mixed Fish Stock (Bonito (Fish), Mackerel (Fish)). Flavour Enhancer (E635), Kelp Extract, Shiitake Mushroom Extract, Bonito Fish Flake Extract. For the full ingredients list, please refer to the back of the packaging.
